False nails verdict

Hey hunnies!

Now its no secret that I LOVE nail varnish.  Having a lovely colour on the nails can brighten an outfit, except it always seems to chip so easily and so when a friend of mine was wearing false nails I was intrigued and dying to give them a go.

I got these from Boots and there are so many brands to choose from but I was drawn to these because they were short.  I thought this would be most practical for school and work etc.

Broadway nails- £6.45

I just went for the french manicure look however there are so so many designs to choose from and plain ones if you fancy adding your own colour on top.

They are so easy to apply as you just glue them on and I found that the sizes they came with were perfect for my nails.

I've been wearing them for a couple of days now and had so many compliments and found they haven't got in the way like I thought they might.  These would definitely be fab for a night out as they really do create an instant manicure.

These are definitely a winner for me and I might go back for some more asap!
Lemme know what you guys think, have you discovered how fab false nails are yet?!

Beauty Haul

Hey hunnies!

Been purchasing some beauty products recently so I thought i'd show ya!

Artiste palette- £6

I've had my eye on this ever since I saw Dollybowbow mention it in her Spring Favourites video.  I purchased this from Superdrug and managed to grab the last one on the shelf.  At £6 I don't think you can go wrong and there are some really pretty colours in here for Spring so i'll let you guys know what I think!

I have naturally wavy hair and when I straighten it in the morning it doesn't even last the walk to school let alone the whole day and so for just over a fiver I thought I would try out this bad boy to see if it can tame the frizz of my locks.
Collection 2000 blush and highlight- £4.19
I picked this up on a whim because Superdrug had 3 for 2 on all beauty items so I thought I would take advantage of the offer and try this out.  I love that the highlighter is cream and I think this could create a really gorgeous effect in the corners of the eyes.

Maybelline colour tattoo- £4.99

ALL the beauty bloggers have been raving about this product for quite some time and so I thought it was time I gave it a go.  The creamy eyeshadow seems a perfect base for other eyeshadows or able to wear on its own.  I got the shade 'on and on bronze' because it seems most versatile to wear everyday :)

Revlon nearly naked foundation- £6.99
Just like the colour tattoos, I was a bit late jumping on the bandwagon with this purchase because i'm such a slave to my MAC matchmaster foundation but I thought it was time for a change- and that fact its half the price of MAC will surely make me enjoy it even more (review to come i'm sure)!

Real techniques stippling brush- £11.99
Finally managed to get my hands on this beauty! I've used it so much since I got it and god it's amazing.  I use it for foundation but from what I hear it's also perfect for cream blushes as well- will definitely be giving that a go!

Broadway false nails- £6.45
I picked these up as a friend at school had them and I loved the look of them, I've been trailing them and a full post will go up in a couple of days (stay posted hehe).

What products have you guys been loving and what would you recommend beauty-wise for these Spring months?? Lemme know my darlings

REVIEW | No 7 Felt tip eyeliner

Hey hunnies!

I have been a slave to top liquid eyeliner for about a year now and I have always sworn by my Rimmel GlamEyes liquid eyeliner and I was on my third re-purchase of the product when I thought it was time to branch out so I bought No 7 Stay Precise felt tip eyeliner for £8.

I really love the tip on this eyeliner and it helps to keep it precise on my eye lid.  Because it's a felt tip and not a liquid like I was used to this meant it didn't glide like I was expecting and it pulled on my eye lid a little but after pursuing it for a week I am now a fan!

It's hard to make mistakes with this eye liner and that's why I love it.  It's perfect for in the morning before school because it doesn't take long to apply.
It's definitely worth a go because it's a good price so you can't go wrong :D

If you guys have tried out this eyeliner be sure to tell me what you think!

ASOS smock dress

Hey hunnies!

Last week I received an email from asos about their new range of smock dresses.  They featured one in particular and showed how versatile it was for the different seasons. I loved the colour and style and thought it would be perfect for nearly any occasion.  So I ordered it and I thought I would let you guys know what I think.

ASOS smock dress £50 (size 10)

white pumps- market in Bristol £7
featuring my cat Blossom ;)

I think any blazer would look fab with the dress and here I just added a vintage jacket that I got for £12 from Oxfam a while back, this would be good to make the dress look more formal for drinks etc.

Overall I love the style and fit of the dress, it's loose which makes it perfect for spring/summer however shirts could be layered under it for a winter look.  It's a little shorter than I expected but I usually have this trouble because i'm so tall hehe.  The cut out at the back keeps it feminine and girly which I love, definitely worth the money guys essential for every girls wardrobe!

If any of you guys have joined the smock dress hype be sure to tell me what you think :)

Kate Moss Rimmel matte lipstick

Hey hunnies!

It's been so long and i'm so sorry i've had so much work at school and stuff :( (pathetic I know ;) )

Any way, I was looking through my make up collection and I noticed I have collected a few of the Kate Moss Rimmel matte lipsticks and I thought I would do a mini review of what I thought of the colour price etc:

(from left to right) colours: 113,110,107

I am in love with this lipstick collection as they are so pigmented and moisturising and the range of colours is great!  They are also so inexpensive at about £5.50 per stick from Boots so since I discovered the gorgeous bright pink (110) I keep going back for more! (link here)

The nude (113) I find is a great colour to wear to school and with a light gloss across it gives your lips colour subtly when you need it most.  The colour can also survive a meal without top ups and still look amazing so I definitely think you need to invest in one of these bad boys ASAP :)

Make sure to let me know what you think of this collection!
